mag.iur. MILE KUDIĆ
He was born on December 10, 1955 in Gmići near Prozor, BiH. He completed grammar and high school in Prozor, after which he studies at the Faculty of Law in Osijek, where he graduated in law in 1979. He passed bar exam in 1980.
After the bar exam, he works as the judge in the Municipal Court in Konjic – department in Prozor until January 1, 1987. In the years 1987 and 1988 he works as a lawyer at the working organization of the company „Dekorativa“ Prozor, and subsequently he opens a lawyer's office in Prozor.
At the first democratic elections he was elected delegate to the Council of citizens of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina Assembly, where he was elected the president of the Legislative-legal commission of the Republic of BiH Assembly, performing this function until September 30, 1995.
During the war events he was secretary and representative at the House of Representatives of the Croat Republic of Herceg-Bosna from September 20, 1993 until the House of Representatives of the Croat Republic Herceg-Bosna ceased to exist.
He also performed the duties of the delegate at the National Assembly of the BiH Federation, Secretary and the representative at the House of Representatives of the BiH Federation Parliament (several mandates), and now he works as the member of the BiH Central Election commission since March 1, 2007.
He is author (independently or working with others) of numerous legislative proposals and other acts, that were adopted at the parliaments in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He lives in Prozor with his family (wife Nada, sons Jura and Ante, and daughter Ines).
