UNACCEPTABLE STATEMENTS ABOUT UNLAWFUL WORK OF THE BIH CENTRAL ELECTION COMMISSION
Sarajevo, February 08, 2017 – Inappropriate, tendentious and inaccurate statements of certain officials from political and public life of Bosnia and Herzegovina about the work of the BiH CEC have continued in this year as well.
The BiH Central Election Commission is particularly disappointed by the fact that such unfounded statements, slandering independence and credibility of the BiH Central Election Commission, come from political leaders and some heads of religious communities in BiH.
We reiterate that almost all decisions of the BiH CEC were appealed and that the Court of BiH and in some cases the BiH Constitutional Court have confirmed the legitimate work of the BiH Central Election Commission.
