COUNTING BALLOTS FROM 82 REGULAR POLLING STATIONS ORDERED

 Sarajevo, October 15, 2012 – The BiH Central Election Commission has last night passed a conclusion ordering counting ballots from 82 regular polling stations. The count will be done tomorrow October 16, 2012 at 10:00 hours in the Main Center for counting in Sarajevo in presence of election observers. The order followed after the main controller for processing, entry and verification of results of the vote for 2012 Local Elections, submitted a report to the BiH CEC according to which it was impossible to verify the results at these polling stations from the cumulative for made by the polling station committees, because the latter have derogation at accuracy test (from two to several hundreds of votes).
Counting ballots was ordered for following polling stations:
  1. 001A020 and 001A023 in basic constituency Velika Kladuša for Municipal Council;
  2. 002A042 in basic constituency Cazin for Municipal Council;
  3. 003A017 in basic constituency Bihać for Municipal Council;
  4. 004A012 and 004A013 in basic constituency Bosanska Krupa for Municipal Council;
  5. in basic constituency Prijedor:

      2) 009B007, 009B015B, 009B052A i 009B081 for Municipal Assembly;
  6. 010B014, 010B039 and 010B072 in basic constituency  Gradiška for Municipal Assembly;

                Important: Candidates of political parties, coalitions, list of independent candidates and candidates from the national minorities’ list, who appear on the ballot for which the count is done, as well as other accredited observers for constituencies listed in the conclusion, can attend the count, together with observers accredited to observe work of the Main Center for counting.

               We remind that the BiH CEC is presently in the process of determining election results, and that means aggregating votes from regular polling stations, polling stations for voting in absentia, votes cast through the mobile team, by-mail votes and votes of voters who voted by tendered ballots.
