EARLY ELECTIONS FOR THE MAYOR OF BANOVIĆI MUNICIPALITY TURNOUT AT 11 a.m. 30,70%
Sarajevo, February 16, 2014 – The early elections for the municipal mayor are being held today in Banovići municipality. A total of 6.242 voters or 30,70% cast their vote at 32 (thirty-two) polling stations by 11 a.m.
A total of 20.347 voters are registered and they can chose between two candidates:
1. Midhat Husić (SDA-Party of Democratic Action), and
2. Sead Ribić (SDP-Social Democratic Party of BiH).
The polling stations are to be closed tonight at 7 p.m.
The BiH Central Election Commission will publish the first preliminary incomplete results tonight at 10:30 p.m. at the web sitewww.izbori.ba .
