DESIGN AND CONTENTS OF WATERMARK ON BALLOT PAPER DEFINED
Sarajevo, July 10, 2014– The BiH Central Election Commission adopted the Decision on design and contents of the watermark for production of paper for printing ballots. The watermark has both textual part and images.
The report on conducted education provided to representatives of political parties, potential presidents of polling station committees and members of municipal/city election commissions was also adopted at today’s session. In the period 24.6. – 04.7.2014 a total of 10 educational seminars were organized and 638 representatives of political subjects and 485 members of municipal/city election omission attended these seminars. The aim was to familiarize members of election administration with present changes to the by-laws and regulations, and to familiarize potential presidents of polling station committee with provisions of the Criminal Code and to provide information on minor offences responsibility for violations of the electoral process.
The members of the BiH Central Election Commission expressed today satisfaction with the results of conducted activities that were financially supported by the Council of Europe.
