EARLY ELECTIONS IN KALESIJA AND ŽIVINICE
Sarajevo, February 22, 2015 – The early elections for the municipal mayors are held today in Municipalities Kalesija and Živinice. This morning at 7 a.m. a total of 51 polling stations were opened in Kalesija Municipality and 2 mobile teams have started their work, while in Živinice municipality 85 polling stations were opened and 2 mobile teams have started their work.
A total of 32.297 voters are registered in Kalesija municipality, and they can choose between two candidates for the municipal mayor:
1. Džafić Nedžad (Party of Democratic Action)
2. Osmanović Muhamed (Social Democratic Party of BiH)
A total of 53.433 voters are registered in Živinice municipality and they can choose between six candidates for the municipal mayor:
1. Pašić Fahrudin (Alliance for better future -Fahrudin Radončić)
2. Aljić Asim (Party of Democratic Action)
3. Forčaković Osmo- Independent candidate
4. Agić Asmir (Democratic front -Željko Komšić)
5. Durić Salih- Independent candidate
6. Spahić Fahir (Social Democratic Party of BiH)
The polling stations will close tonight at 7 p.m.
