DECISION ON ESTABLISHMENT OF ELECTION RESULTS AMENDED
Sarajevo, October 20, 2016 – The BiH Central Election Commission has at today’s session passed a Decision amending the Decision on establishing and announcing results of the 2016 Local Elections in BiH in the part of tabular overview and for the Municipal Council Jablanica by political subjects and for the candidate of SDP BiH. The BiH CEC has noticed that electoral threshold was incorrectly established for the independent candidate Šefik Gušić due to the fact that the percentage of the electoral threshold was rounded up to two decimals. The decision will be published on the web site of the BiH CEC www.izbori.ba .
The BiH Central Election Commission considered today 25 requests for recount of ballots at certain polling stations, which were rejected due incompleteness or for being filed by an authorized person. The BiH CEC will consider the subject matter of these requests and it will order ex officio recount of the ballots if it determines any grounds for such an action.
