ALL ACTIVITIES CONCERNING ORGANIZATION OF REPEATED ELECTIONS IN STOLAC ARE CONDUCTED AS PLANNED
Sarajevo, February 10, 2017 – In line with the Instruction on deadlines of electoral activities for administering repeated elections in basic constituency Stolac the municipal election commission is finishing the procedure of appointing members of the polling station committee and the decision on appointment will be submitted to the BiH Central Election Commission.
In line with the Instruction on the conduct of repeated elections for the municipal mayor and municipal council in the basic constituency Stolac the BiH Central Election Commission had previously conducted training of newly appointed deputy members of the Municipal Election Commission Stolac, who are obligated to organize training for members of the polling station committees. The BiH CEC had held a meeting with 30 employees of the BiH CEC’s Secretariat who will monitor and coordinate repeated elections in Stolac. The employees of the BiH CEC’s Secretariat will be present at all polling station committees and the MEC Stolac on the Election Day.
The fund necessary for the conduct of repeated elections in Stolac are ensured. The BiH Council of Ministers passed yesterday a Decision approving 39.000 KM from the current budget reserve.
