Applications of 67 political parties and 34 independent candidates for participation at the 2018 General Election certified
Sarajevo, 07.06.2018 – After expiry of the deadline for removal of shortcomings in the applications and verification, the BiH CEC has ended today certification of applications of political parties and independent candidates for participation at the 2018 General Elections scheduled for October 7, 2018.
After verification and expiry of the deadline for removal of shortcomings, participation of 67 out 72 political parties at the 2018 General Elections was certified.
After verification and expiry of the deadline for removal of shortcomings, participation of 34 out 39 independent candidates at the 2018 General Elections was certified.
In the period June 10-19, certified political parties and independent candidates can submit to the BiH CEC applications for certification of coalitions and lists of independent candidates.
Overview of the certified political parties and independent candidates will be available to the public on the website of the BiH CEC after the decisions become final and binding.
