Results of indirect elections to the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament confirmed

        Sarajevo, 14.02.2019 – The BiH Central Election Commission has at today's session passed Decision on confirming results of indirect elections to the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament – 2018 General Elections. The mandates were awarded to the following delegates:

Two remaining mandates to the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament from amongst Others will be confirmed by a supplementary decision after the Decision on awarding of the mandates to delegates from amongst Others to the HoR of the FBiH Parliament number 06-1-07-1-61/19 and 06-1-07-1-64/19 from 11.02.2019 become final and valid.

 

Three remaining to the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament from amongst Serb people mandates will be confirmed by a supplementary decision after completion of the procedure set forth in Article 37, paragraph (3) of the Instruction on the process of implementation of indirect elections for authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina covered by the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH, nos. 38/14, 90/16, 8/17 and 91/18).

 

The decision on confirmation of results of indirect elections to the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament – 2018 General Elections will be published in the Official Gazette of BiH today, and in line with Article 1.3a of the BiH Election Law, the mandate of the elected delegates starts running as of today. The decision and accompanying documents have been submitted to the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament, and thus all conditions for constituting the HoPs of the FBiH Parliament have been met.
