Appointment of the chair of the BiH Council of Ministers
Sarajevo, 22.08.2019 – Acting on the request of the BiH Presidency, as the body competent to appoint the chair of the BiH Council of Ministers, the BiH Central Election Commission has at today’s sessions in line with and based on Article 10b and 10c of the Law on BiH Council of Ministers determined that the candidate proposed for the chair of the BiH Council of Ministers, Mr. Zoran Tegeltija, meets all the conditions set forth by the BiH Election Law.
In the verification process the BiH Central Election Commission ascertained that the proposed candidate is currently member of the RS National Assembly. The BiH Central Election Commission will in case the House of Representatives of the BiH PA confirms appointment of this candidate act in line with provisions of Article 1.10 of the BiH Election Law.
