We remind the public of Article 13.2 of the BiH Election Law, regulating the number of municipal/city council/assemblies, and Article 13.14, paragraphs (1) and (2) that sets forth that members of national minorities are entitled to representation in the Municipal Council or Municipal Assembly and the City Council or City Assembly in proportion to the percentage of their share in the total population according to the last census in BiH.
The number of the members of national minorities who are elected directly to the Municipal Council or Municipal Assembly and the City Council or City Assembly is defined by the Statute of the particular Municipality or City as appropriate, and in that connection the members of all national minorities which make up more than 3% in the total number of population of the particular constituency according to the last census, are guaranteed the minimum of one seat.

Until today the requested information was not submitted by 9 municipalities/cities (Kozarska Dubica, Sanski Most, Oštra Luka, Tešanj, Gračanica, Živinice, Zvornik, Zenica and Ravno), and a reminder was sent to them on April 23, 2020.
