Sarajevo, 3 December 2024 – The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina hereby informs political parties and independent candidates who participated in the 2024 Local Elections that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 15.1a, paragraph (1) of the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, they are obligated to submit a post-election financial report to the Central Election Commission of BiH by 5 December 2024. This report must cover the period from the date of submission of the application for election certification to the date of verification of the election results (5 November 2024).
Political parties are required to submit their post-election financial reports via the FR CEC BiH (FI SIP BiH) application. Furthermore, the printed financial report forms generated from the FR CEC BiH application, in PDF format, must be certified with the signature of the authorized person and the political party’s seal, and submitted to the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina in hard copy, either by mail or in person at the Central Election Commission’s protocol.
Independent candidates are obligated to submit their post-election financial reports in hard copy via mail or to the protocol of the Central Election Commission of BiH.
Along with the post-election financial report, political parties and independent candidates must also submit a report (extracts or an analytical bank statement) detailing the transactions on the special account for financing the election campaign expenses.
