Sarajevo, December 19, 2013 – The BiH Central Election Commission has at today’s session passed the decision on confirming and publishing the results of the early elections for the Kreševo municipality mayor held on December 1, 2013. The newly elected mayor of Kreševo is Radoje Vidović (HDZ BiH).

           The BiH Central Election Commission has also today verified applications of Social democratic party BiH and Party of Democratic Action to participate at the early elections for the Mayor of Banovići municipality, to be held on February 16, 2014.

            In accordance to the findings of the political parties’ financial reports from 2011 the BiH Central Election Commission has today passed 30 decisions on pronouncing fines.
The fines were pronounced to following political subjects:

1. BOSS Bosnian party -Mirnes Ajanović (4.500,00KM)
2. Bosniak Peasant Party (500,00KM)
3. Bosnian Democratic Party (1.000,00KM)
4. Bosnian and Herzegovinian Patriot Party – Sefer Halilović (1.500,00KM)
5. Democratic People’s Union of Bosnia and Herzegovina (4.000,00KM)
6. Democratic People’s Alliance (2.500,00KM)
7. Democratic Party -Dragan Čavić (1.500,00KM)
8. Democratic Party of Srpska’s people (500,00KM)
9. Ecologic Party E5 – The Green (1.000,00KM)
10. Civil Democratic Party BiH (3.000,00KM)
11. Croat Democratic Union 1990 (2.500,00KM)
12. Croat Christian Democratic Union BiH (1.000,00KM)

         We would like to remind the public that the BiH Central Election Commission had on December 12, 2013 pronounced the administrative measure of withholding the right to participate at the forthcoming elections to the Civil Party of Progress, People’s Party of Brčko District of BiH and Serb movement of renewal of Republika Srpska due to failure to submit the financial statements for 2011.
