SANCTIONS PRONOUNCED TO CANDIDATE TRAPARA DALIBOR AND THE SOCIALIST PARTY

Sarajevo, October 05, 2014 – the BiH Central Election Commission has at today’s session passed the decision determining that Trapara Dalibor, candidate of Socialist Party at the 2014 General Elections for the House of Representatives of BiH Parliamentary Assembly, constituency 3B and the Socialist Party, are found responsible for violating provisions of Article 7.3, paragraph (1), point 7) of the BiH Election Law, and the following sanctions are pronounced to them:

a) The name Trapara Dalibor is removed from the candidates’ list of Socialist Party at the 2014 General Elections for the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, constituency 3B and he is pronounced a fine in the amount of 1.000 KM.

b)A fine in the amount of 5.000 KM is pronounced to the Socialist Party.

The BiH Central Election Commission also passed today the decision on determining excerpt from the Central Voters Register for voters who will vote by mobile team at the 2014 General Elections. A total of 10.181 voters are found on the excerpt.
