Results of the early elections for the mayors of the cities of Bihać, Tuzla, Srebrenik and Zvornik and the mayors of the municipalities of Bratunac and Vogošća determined
Sarajevo, 13.02.2023–The Central Electoral Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina has today adopted the Decision on determining and publishing the results of the early elections for the mayors of the cities of Bihać, Tuzla, Srebrenik and Zvornik and the mayors of the municipalities of Bratunac and Vogošća, held on Sunday, February 5, 2023.
A request for a recount of the ballots may be submitted to the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina within three days after the determination and publication of the results of the early elections, and an complaint to the accuracy of the published results can be filed within 24 hours from the date the results of the early elections were determined and published.
The decision on determining and publishing the results of the early elections enters into force on the day of its adoption and will be published on February 13, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. on the website of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina and thus will be deemed delivered to all the participants in the electoral process. An appeal against this Decision can be lodged with the Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina within two days of its publication.
