Submission of Financial Reports Regarding Transactions from the Special Account for Election Campaign Financing
Sarajevo, 26 September 2024 – In accordance with the provisions of Article 15.1d of the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, political parties and independent candidates participating in the elections are required to submit a report on transactions from the special account for election campaign financing to the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina three days prior to Election Day.
The report shall include all sources of monetary and non-monetary donations, the date and amount of each contribution, a report on all expenses related to the election campaign, as well as invoices from suppliers and service providers, with updated information up to the date of the report's submission.
The report is to be submitted on 3 October 2024, covering the period from the date of application for election certification to 2 October 2024.
Political parties shall submit reports in accordance with the Rulebook on pre-election and post-election financial reports and reports on transactions from the special account for election campaign financing of political parties, in the following manner: information regarding transactions from the special account, monetary and non-monetary donations, and election campaign expenses must be submitted via the FI CEC BIH application. Reports on invoices from suppliers and service providers should be submitted using Excel forms. Printed financial reports generated from the FI CEC BIH application in PDF format, along with reports on invoices from suppliers and service providers on Form 4.2D in Excel format, must be signed by an authorized representative and stamped with the political party's seal. Independent candidates shall submit reports in accordance with the Rulebook on pre-election and post-election financial reports and reports on transactions from the special account for election campaign financing for independent candidates. The completed report forms must be scanned and submitted to the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina via email at: [email protected] .
It should be noted that the Central Election Commission of BiH sent the financial report forms to independent candidates via email on 13 September 2024.
